I. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the mutual relations when purchasing in the e-shop and are part of the purchase agreement. They apply to consumers.
II. Payment and Delivery
Payment: by card, instant transfer, bank transfer, cash on delivery, Google Pay / Apple Pay. We deliver goods within the territory of the Slovak Republic, or the Czech Republic, unless otherwise agreed.
III. User Account
An account is not necessary. Keep access data safe and keep data up to date.
V. Goods and Prices
All prices are inclusive of taxes, excluding delivery costs. A clearly incorrect price does not bind us.
VI. Order
You submit your order by clicking the order button. We will send a confirmation by e-mail.
IX. Returns
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. Return the complete goods to GrowMedica s.r.o., Bellova 3455/6, 040 01 Košice. The buyer bears the costs of return, except in cases stipulated by law.
