Warning !

Do not exceed the prescribed daily amount! Melatonin should be taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime. As it may affect concentration, you should avoid driving or operating machinery after taking it. If you are taking antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, hormonal contraceptives, or suffer from an autoimmune disease (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis), diabetes, or a condition involving seizures, consult your doctor before taking melatonin. Melatonin may interact with applied medications and decrease or increase their effect. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
