Internal recommended use: As a dietary supplement, 4 drops (approximately 0.17 ml) three times daily with a small amount of water. External recommended use: Apply freely three times daily.

The active ingredients of oregano oil (Oregano, Origanum vulgare) include flavonoids, which are known for their excellent antioxidant effects, as well as several useful volatile compounds. One of these is carvacrol, which has strong antimicrobial effects and can thus prevent or act preventatively against the reproduction of bacteria and fungi.
