Dried chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is suitable for making decoctions or tinctures. It contains active ingredients in the natural ratio of the source mushroom.

Basic preparation

Pour 1 liter of warm water over about 10g of Chaga. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Then simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes. The decoction can be sweetened with honey. Drink once a day.
