Energy Balneol
Balneol - Bio-information bath - 100 ml
Balneol is a bio-information aromatic bath with a high content of humic substances, castor oil, and a selected blend of essential oils.
Bio-information refers to frequencies that mimic the control impulses of the brain's subcortical centers, which regulate the autonomic nervous system and the activity of internal organs. Their action cancels out negative information and triggers a regenerative process.
The beneficial effects of peat baths and mud packs have been known and used for many centuries. They are used for therapeutic procedures. Peat and sapropel, or natural medicinal earths, owe their broad therapeutic potential to a high content of organic substances – so-called humates (humic acids and their salts). They have a very complex molecular structure and were formed by the gradual decomposition of organic matter in the presence of oxygen. In nature, humic substances are found in peat, various muds, chernozem, and most abundantly in brown coal. Thus, in Tertiary primeval forests and swamps, an amazing natural substance was created that we can use for human health.

Principle of Balneol action
In addition to humates, Balneol also contains extracts of grapefruit, thuja, juniper, camphor tree, litsea, and styrax. Balneol bio-information bath acts on the human body on several levels simultaneously. The active substances directly affect the skin surface or enter the bloodstream through the lungs. At the same time, the bio-information in Balneol harmonizes individual organs through a perfect system of reflex zones and energy pathways. Castor oil leaves a protective film on the skin. During the bath, elements are exchanged between the body and the bath. Waste saturated elements travel out of the body, and unsaturated ones, on the contrary, enter the body. Balneol primarily contains potassium and more than 30 other elements. For this exchange to occur, the blood should have a predominance of alkaline substances. The bath is most effective in the morning or evening, as this is when the level of alkaline substances in the body is highest. Given that Balneol contains essential oils from plants, it allows the use of aromatherapy effects simultaneously with balneotherapy. Essential oils evaporate in warm water, have a bactericidal effect, and facilitate breathing. They easily enter the bloodstream through the lungs, quickly calm the psyche, and induce muscle relaxation.
How to use Balneol
The bath is non-foaming and highly concentrated – 110 ml of Balneol corresponds to 400 ml of any ordinary bath. Therefore, only 1 capful, i.e., approximately 5 ml, is sufficient for a standard bathtub. Rinse the cap with running water after measuring.
The regenerative bath should be repeated 1–3 times a week or as needed.
A regular bath in a tub is suitable for a healthy person. The body should be submerged up to the neck, and the water should not be too hot. Generally, a temperature of 32–36° C is recommended. The bath should not last too long, 10 to 15, maximum 20 minutes. A twenty-minute bath is already demanding. The bath should be followed by a cold shower, which causes stronger skin irritation and mobilizes the body's defense mechanisms.
After the bath, we recommend applying one of the Pentagram® regenerating creams to painful areas.
Warning!
If you have serious health problems, e.g., vascular or other conditions for which baths would place an increased strain on the body, consult a doctor to ask if balneotherapy procedures are recommended for you.
