YaoMedica alcoholic tinctures are based on Chinese herbs and mushrooms. To achieve maximum effectiveness, we only use the highest quality raw materials. First, the herbs or mushrooms are ground into a very fine powder using a special machine, then they are macerated in 50% alcohol for up to one month. The macerate is dynamically processed daily, and the finished tinctures are not diluted in any way. This is very important.

The mechanism of active substance release during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intensive compared to herbal decoctions or hot water extracts. When using tinctures, active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher effectiveness.

DOSAGE

• shake the tincture well before use. Slight cloudiness is normal.
• the daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts - morning and evening. This means, if you weigh 70 kg, you take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. Then the tincture will last you for about 15 days.
• after consulting a specialist, up to a triple dose can be given
• Take tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it.
• The tincture can be poured with a little hot water to evaporate the alcohol. This procedure is suitable for children or drivers.
• for one month, you usually need 2-3 packages (depending on the daily dose - see above)
