Chaga (pronounced chaga) has been part of traditional Russian and Chinese medicine for centuries, which believe in its ability to revitalize and soothe both body and spirit. Choose Chaga in powder form with a more optimal ratio of active ingredients. We now offer Chaga in the form of mushroom powder (biomass), where the dried fruiting body of the mushroom is ground into a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method, which breaks the chitinous cell wall and releases the active ingredients. Compared to an extract, this form has a milder effect.

Basic Information

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) grows mainly on birches in Eastern Europe, Russian Siberia, and northern China. The people of Siberia brew decoctions from it to treat tumors and call it "the gift from God". Without natural substances, additives, and preservatives.

About Chaga

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus, Kabanoanatake) is a wood-decaying polypore mushroom that grows mainly on birches. It first forms perennial fruiting bodies up to 35 centimeters, and only later, when the tree dies and the mycelium has penetrated deep under the bark, do perfect fruiting bodies form. It originates from Russia and Siberia, and is also commonly found in northern Poland and elsewhere. Chaga has been part of traditional Russian medicine for several centuries. It is most widely used by the Khanty people, for whom it is very precious and valued. Chaga is rich in a large number of bioactive substances, in addition to vitamins and minerals, it also contains melanin, which gives it its dark color, triterpenoid compounds betulin and betulinic acid, which it obtains from its host birch, obliquol, and also very important polysaccharides - beta-glucans, flavonoids, sterols, or pteridines. We use Chaga grown on birches in northern China (Hei Long Jiang province) and eastern Siberia, where nature is practically untouched by humans, as a raw material.

Dosage

• 1 - 3 g daily at least half an hour before meals, mix in approx. 1 dcl of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2 g of powder)
• we recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days
• take on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal)
• when taking vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing vitamin C intake, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of Brazilian Acerola cherry extract.
