Cordyceps sinensis (Chinese caterpillar fungus) is very similar in its effects to its more famous relative, Cordyceps sinensis. We now offer it to you in powder form, where the dried mycelium is ground into a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method, which breaks the chitinous cell wall and releases the active substances. Compared to the extract, this form has a gentler effect.

Our Cordyceps is grown on an organic substrate. The base of this substrate is organic rice and organic protein powder from silkworm larvae. We use mycelium for the production of our extracts.

Basic information

This parasitic fungus is a rich source of beta-glucans, minerals, trace elements and vitamins. Free from excipients, additives and preservatives.

Dosage

• 1 - 3 g daily at least half an hour before meals, mix in approx. 100ml of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2 g powder)
• we recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days
• take on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal)
• when taking vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing your vitamin C intake, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of Brazilian cherry Acerola extract.
