Dosage

• 90 vegetable capsules of 500 mg extract (also suitable for vegans)

We recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.

Take capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea. For children, the dosage is reduced proportionally to age.
