Dosage

Normal dose: 1-3 capsules daily

We recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.

Take capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea. For children, dosage should be reduced proportionally to age.
