• standard dose: 1 capsule daily with liquid - 1 capsule contains 0.5 g of mushrooms, herbs, royal jelly and bee pollen.
• increased dose: 4-10 capsules daily - It is recommended to consult a physician or a Chinese medicine expert.

Most women need 1 capsule daily, but some may need 2 capsules daily. We recommend trying only one capsule daily for 3 weeks. If the effect is not sufficient, we recommend increasing the dose to 2 capsules daily.
