Dried Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is suitable for making decoctions or tinctures. It contains active ingredients in the natural proportion of the source mushroom.

Tested in German Agrolab.

Our Reishi is grown on an organic substrate. The basis of this substrate is oak wood. We use fruit bodies for the production of our extracts.

Reishi has a rather distinct taste and is suitable for use in a decoction or tincture.

Basic preparation

Pour 1 liter of warm water over about 10g of Reishi. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Then simmer for about 30 minutes. The decoction can be sweetened with honey. Drink once a day.
