This mixture has a dual effect. First, it strengthens the "middle burner" and supplements and lifts the spleen. However, its main domain is strengthening the "upper orifices" and simultaneously addressing blockages in this area.

YaoMedica alcohol tinctures are based on Chinese herbs and mushrooms. To achieve maximum effectiveness, we use only the highest quality raw materials. The herbs or mushrooms are first crushed into a very fine powder using a special machine, and then macerated in 50% alcohol for up to one month. The macerate is dynamized daily, and the finished tinctures are never diluted. This is very important. 

The mechanism of releasing active substances during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intensive compared to herbal decoctions or hot water extracts. When using tinctures, active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher effectiveness.

DOSAGE

• Shake the tincture well before use. Slight cloudiness is normal. 
• The daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts - morning and evening. For example, if you weigh 70 kg, take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. The tincture will then last you for about 15 days. 
• After consulting with a specialist, up to a triple dose may be given. 
• Take tinctures on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after. 
• The tincture can be diluted with a little hot water to evaporate the alcohol. This method is suitable for children or drivers. 
• You typically need 2-3 packages per month (depending on the daily dose - see above).
