Auricularia (Judas' Ear, elder jelly fungi) is valued in Chinese medicine for its wide range of effects on the human body. It is rich in minerals, vitamins, and polysaccharides, and among other things, it is a source of antioxidant melanin.

Our Auricularia is grown on an organic substrate. The basis of this substrate is an organic mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar, and natural gypsum. We use fruiting bodies for the production of our extracts.

Auricularia is valued for its wide range of effects. In Auricularia, we can find a large number of minerals, vitamins, polysaccharides - beta-glucans and fiber. It is also a source of essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidant melanin, and many other substances. Free of natural substances, additives, and preservatives.

About Auricularia

Auricularia (Auricularia polytricha) is a fungus that grows on tree trunks, most commonly found on birch. Its fruiting bodies are up to 10 cm in size, flexible and pliable, resembling an earlobe (it is also called the ear jelly fungi in English) and are most often reddish-brown in color. Auricularia can also be found in our forests from March to December. Auricularia is an important part of Asian cuisine due to its appearance and consistency. Up to 500,000 tons are grown in Asia.

Dosage

• 1 - 3 g daily, at least half an hour before or after a meal, mix in approx. 1 dl of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2 g of powder)
• we recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days
• take on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal)
• when taking vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing your vitamin C intake, which increases the absorption of active ingredients. For example, in the form of Brazilian Acerola cherry extract.
