Cistus complex is a bio-information preparation containing a highly concentrated extract of two types of herbs – Cistus incanus and Cistus ladanifer, supplemented with pure Cistus ladanifer essence.

Ingredients and Effects of Cistus Complex

Both Cistus incanus and Cistus ladanifer belong to the Mediterranean flora. They grow wild on warm, steep mountain slopes, and their regular flowers range in color from white to purple. Historically, the use of plants from the Cistaceae family can be traced back to 330 BC. In Persian traditional medicine, in the area of modern-day Iran, these herbs were among the most valuable. Over the following centuries, the use of cistus spread from the Persian Empire throughout the Mediterranean, mainly between Cyprus, Italy, Turkey, and Greece, thanks to numerous trade routes.

Extracts from both cistus species contain many important elements: calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. However, crucial for their action in the human body is the total content of more than 800 types of proanthocyanidins, flavonoids (e.g., quercetin), and polyphenols in a mutually optimal combination.

Both cistus species not only act synergistically but also, with their slightly different compositions, significantly broaden the spectrum of effects to a much wider range of infections.

Cistus complex provides effective chemical-physical protection that can be used not only for treatment but also for prevention. It prevents viruses from entering cells, thereby subsequently eliminating their reproduction. The most well-known use of cistus is for any infection described as upper respiratory tract inflammation, whether viral, bacterial, or fungal. Another powerful weapon of cistus is its ability to neutralize free radicals and effectively excrete toxins from any pathogens in the body. Thus, they again help in healing by preventing toxic burden, tissue damage, inflammation, and long-term threat and strain on the immune system. In this context, they have proven effective not only against toxins from bacterial infections (chlamydia) but also after parasitic diseases (scabies).

Recommended dosage

2–7 drops 1–3 times daily (7 drops = 0.35 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. After 3 weeks of use, take a 1-week break. Shake well before use (21x). This dynamizes the informational components and increases the product's effectiveness. Take half an hour before or after a meal, preferably diluted with water, or place drops on a spoon and take directly. When using the product to support body detoxification, we recommend increasing fluid intake!
