Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is called the queen of mushrooms or the elixir of life for its high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Try the extract with the most effective ratio of active ingredients.

Our Shiitake is grown on an organic substrate. The base of this substrate is a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar, and natural gypsum. We use fruiting bodies for the production of our extracts.

All mushroom raw materials we use for the production of our mushroom products are tested by the independent German laboratory Agrolab for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and harmful microorganisms before processing.

Basic information

Shiitake is very rich in essential amino acids, minerals, B vitamins, and provitamin D2. Other substances found in Shiitake include purine alkaloid eritadenine, polysaccharides - beta-glucans, including lentinan, etc. No excipients, additives, or preservatives.

Dosage

• 1 - 3 g daily, at least half an hour before food, mix in approx. 1 dcl of water and drink (1 level teaspoon = 2 g of powder)
• we recommend taking it 5 days a week and skipping 2 days
• take on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before food or 60 minutes after food)
• when consuming vital mushrooms, we recommend increasing vitamin C intake, which increases the absorption of active ingredients. For example, in the form of Brazilian Acerola cherry extract.
