Effects of Milk Thistle

Milk thistle supports and regenerates the liver, aids digestion, cleansing and detoxification.

Milk thistle has excellent antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. The main active ingredient, silymarin, supports normal liver function, detoxification/cleansing, and regeneration. It aids digestion and body cleansing, thus contributing to natural immunity. It has a beneficial effect on heart function and blood sugar levels.

The effects of milk thistle are synergistically enhanced by the addition of dandelion root extract and the vital mushroom Reishi. Dandelion has a beneficial effect on the liver and gallbladder - it improves the production of stomach juices and cleanses the stomach. Reishi has strong revitalizing effects, activates the body's immune responses, contributes to maintaining normal circulatory system function and maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
