Dried shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is suitable for gastronomic use. It contains active ingredients in the natural proportion of the source mushroom.
Tested in the German Agrolab.
Our Shiitake is grown on an organic substrate. The base of this substrate is a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum. We use fruit bodies for the production of our extracts.

Shiitake is also very tasty and is used in salads, soups, risotto, it is excellent as a side dish for meat.
Basic preparation
Pour hot water over the desired amount and let it swell for 30 minutes. The recommended cooking time is 10-15 minutes.
